General Refund Policy

We do not generally offer refunds as our subscription model allows you to cancel at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

We will consider a refund request under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe: The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Usage Limit: You have not accessed or completed more than 7 courses during this time.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@arabichomeschool.com with the following details:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your account.
• The reason for your refund request.

Once your request is received, we will review your eligibility and respond within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The refund request is made after the 7-day window has passed.
• You have accessed or completed more than 7 courses within the first 7 days of purchase.
• The request is not submitted via email to support@arabichomeschool.com.
